I would lower that truck and NOT even THINK of touching the paint!
I am usually of the opinion that the patina/rat rod thing is kind of overdone but yours is just right!
Maybe a little pinstripping or "shop truck" logo on the door................

I might throw on a flat coat of clear just to lock the patina in where its at but that would be it :D.
