Don't be too hard on yourself. A little down-time is good for a person!

while i agree that having a truck at ss is nice, i have been to 2 without one and had no less fun than if i would have had a truck there.
besides it gives a wonderful opportunity to ride in the passenger seat of another members truck and relax.

Lyman has been to all the slickstocks and never brought a truck, Alan cant drive his over the big pond yet he still comes.

you dont know what your missing until you go, after that the no truck issue is very unimportant.

Looking at the trucks is nice but meeting these people face to face is the best part. You'll remember things that happened long after all these trucks have changed hands. I had a '57 at the last one I went to and was treated just like anyone else. There will be several there without trucks, come on and enjoy the fun. Hell, I just traded off my '66 and only have a 2013 to drive this time.

Joey I too have been to 3 Slickstocks without a slick and still had a blast.
This will be my 4th one and I am driving my 85 Slick if you want to call it that.
Besides that, I am the only Oklahoma member showing up unless you come along.
Come on up and join us. We need more representation from Okla )( homa! TR
