Plane tickets bought

We booked and paid for our flight over today, direct to D/F again, says it`s 16 hrs in the air, still better than going through LAX and changing flights :roll:

will have to start planning our route, but first night will be spent in Plano TX and then head north!....YEEEHAAA! :steering:

I'd stay in Euless or Fawt Waarth (or Roanoke)!
You've probably heard the stories of well-known people who grew up in the surrounding areas.
Story is, if they has grown up in Plano, they'd just be; well, Plano, Texans!

Paul, the first time I went to the US, I stayed the first night in a trailer home in a van park near Irving, the guy who owned it was an Aussie on the Pro- Bull riding circuit, and the last time we stayed in Irving itself for the first 2 nights and for the last 3 nights we stayed in Plano, in a motel right next door to a Red. White and Blues place, it doesn`t get any better than that! :burp:

OK!, the car hire mob have gotten back to us with a great deal, they said we can have their top of the line cross over vehicle for 3 weeks for just over $900.00 !!! :woohoo:

............they said it`s not a Ford but is better than a Chebby!

....now all I have to do is look up and see what a Pontiac Aztek is ! :steering:
