One way to make high beam/ turn signal bulbs

this is how I made my turn signal bulbs. They flash bright green. They do not "bleed" over into the instrument panel. I have not made a high beam bulb this way yet, but it would work the same way.
This is all of the stuff you need. The shrink tubing is 3/8 size, but you can use 1/2 inch also. The tape is just common green electrical tape. You would use blue to do a high beam, or red if you are a purist.
Put a piece of tape over the end of the bulb.
Slide a piece of shrink tubing over the bulb. I think I cut it about 5/8 of an inch, not sure.
Heat the shrink tubing around the tape. This is what the finished product looks like.
