Slow posting

Post by Toyz »

After noticing Uncle Skip's duplicate posts, it looks as if the problem is not limited to my computer.
Recently, it has taken an inordinate amount of time for posts or pm replies to make it to the outbox, then even longer before they actually are sent and appear on the forum. Is anyone else experiencing this?

So this one posted quickly
Also, how did my avatar become hidden behind an "x"?

That slow posting is beginning to be a PITA. If in fact posts, but doesn't show that it has, then if you hit submit again you get the "someone else posted before you posted this". And it's mine.

Noticed it happened with Kid today, so hopefully a fix is on the way, or probably already done, since I have had no problem this evening.

I've noticed.

Also, the "view new posts" no longer seems to work properly. That is, new posts keep adding to preexisting "new posts" which are days old or more at this point.
