Slick paint colors just for fun :)

Post by Uncle Skip »

Some fun names for "Slick" colors...............
Truckfarmer started it with "Arrest-me-red".
How about:

Ghostly white. Max in NASA
Ticket-me-yellow. Mike Wilk
Grabber metalic green. El Polako and Chop
Lyman green. Jeepbutt
Teasip orange. I won't go there this time

Any other submissions

How about "Clean me black"?

Arrest-me red is one i am certainly familiar with. Faded Rangoon red works real good. to the point where I won't paint a vehicle i own red, even though I like red a lot. I just like tickets less.

"soon to be primer" silver. :D
At least that's how my luck goes with silver, it oxydizes too easily. :P

Gag me green

No doubt. Still my second favorite color for a non daily driver.

Chrome Yellow, or Arrest me Red being tied for 1st.

I think if funds were unlimited I would paint the Slick Red.

Don't forget about the whole line of 'Puke' colors. That's when the original factory colors have faded, rusted, been painted over, then faded and rusted again until you get... well, puke.

Puke Green
Puke Yellow
Puke Red
Puke Tan

Mine currently looks like someone drank about 4 bottles of Kaopectate with Hawaiian Punch chasers (was Wimbledon White and Rangoon Red).

You get my drift.

Toyota and Datsun had whole lineups in that series of colors. Enchanced even more by rust holes you could stick you whole head thru.!:barf:
But back to our regularly scheduled programming, the SLICK colour hour. :D

chalk white

My slick is this color. Rub your hand over the paint, and it looks like you have chalk on your hand.
