:thumright:

I like it! has the look of just another old farm truck until one notices the Hoosiers with the bead locking screws on the back and the bottle of Hpower in the bed. The tech inspection decal is a bit of give away too. So be honest now suprised any Chevys at the stoplight yet!

just a suggestion if you wanted to increase the stealth factor, you might consider a false floor at wheel tub level with a fake load of feed bags or simulated hay bales or other items that fill the image of just an old farm truck.

she is setup for the 1/4. best time so far is a 12.38 sec at about 108mph. the night i did this i spun both tubes in the slicks i was running. woops mabe not enough air pressure. im hoping to get her super tuned before i go back next summer. i would love to get below a 11.99 but that might be a little unrealalistic.

don't change a thing, I love it. maybe put some mudflaps on, that will increase your stealth look and add to the farm factor.

Have you weighed the truck and could you give us a rundown on the motor?

I can understand you be torn on the new paint. Some areas will obviously rust out if you leave it though. The longer you leave it like it is the less metal you'll have later. Not much help am I? - just sayin.
Don't get me wrong it looks just bitchin like it is too. I don't know if I'd do the fake farm truck sleeper - sort of cheesy. It has ALOT of attitude in subtle way like it is.
The rest of you guys should hear his 428 - just sounds plain mean!

Ah I missed the nitrous somehow :D What numbers has it run on motor? That is a very slick truck, I am courious about how it hooks up on the suspension you put under there. What are your sixty foots like and do you foot brake it or have any trans brake?

Very sweet truck by the way, I would rather have a fast truck that looked like yours than a show queen 8) No offense to any of the guys here there are a lot of very nice trucks here.

the motor alone will run about a mid 13 sec . the night i ran the 12.38 i hooked so good i spun the slicks about an inch even with 8 screws an each wheel i was running only 8psi af air pressure though. my 60ft times are 5.0666 then a 5.0660 with in 5 min of each other. when i was launching this night the truck just shook HARD, it was the first time i had run this fast it surprised everybody that i knew. i was only hopping for a 12.99 but ill take a 12.38.

That Torino clip looks as if it belongs! What year was it from, and how well did it match up with the F100 frame?
I'm sorry if the details have already been stated, and I missed them!

This torino was a 74 it should be the same as galaxy 1965-78ish? look at the first pic you can see where it was welded to the truck frame just in front of the radius arm eylets.
