A fella was walking down the street one day and saw a boy in a toy wagon being pulled by his dog . then he noticed he had the rope tied to the dogs testicles. He stopped and talked to the boy for a bit. he said to the boy,If you tied that rope around his neck , he could pull your wagon a lot faster! And the boy replied yes i could,but then I wouldnt have a siren!
