Matt is working on a Registration page but if that isnt up will everyone who makes their Reservations please send me a E-Mail so I can keep track of how many rooms we are getting so if we start to fill up 35 rooms ( which I hope to do ) I will be able to stay in contact with the Hotel for more rooms as needed and if we fill them up I will have a overflow Hotel info posted if needed. my E-Mail is darrellreglin@gmail.com

We will be there on Tuesday nite to start getting set up and ready . If you guys want to show up on Tues or Wed that is great but we will make the Official Check in day as Thursday so we will have a kick off cookout on Wed nite in the parking lot and we will have the grill going starting at 5 pm or so on Thursday nite for everyone who is there.

If it is possible for the Members who are assisting to show up on Wed so we can go over alot of last minute plans and preparations. I know there will be a few here on Tuesday like my Wife and I, my Brother, Alan and Lynn and hopefully a few more.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone next Year in Altoon Iowa for the Greatest time you will have with some of the GREATEST people you will ever meet.See you here..........Darrell

HOST HOTEL IS FULL please call the overflow hotel, The Holiday Inn Express
It is about a mile away so it is still very close. Hope to see as many as possible here in Iowa in Aug

Overflow Hotel is the Holiday Inn Express in Altoona Ia. The room rate will be $74.00 a nite and we have 10 rooms for Thursday the 26th, 10 rooms for Friday the 27th, and 10 rooms for Saturday the 28th. Call 515-967-1855 and tell them you are with the Slick60's truck Club. The directions for this one is exit 143 off I -80 and it sets on the South side of the Interstate on the west side of the street.

Jason, That is the place. The lot on the right side of the pic is the grass area we will be using and the parking area on that side of the hotel wil be just for us. I would like to see atleast 50 trucks here next year, I have said that all three events so I hope this time I am correct, LOL.............Darrell

I thought about a monster costume too but I probably don't need it. :shock:

Greg, aren't we supposed to book the rooms on the eastern side?, I think I`ll get the room with the hot tub!, and fill it with ice and Beer! :lol:
