wannnnna go, but dunno if I can

Post by blackagatha »

man this slickstock thing is killing me! lol. I hate missing out twice in a row.... But being broke isnt helping anything!!!!

If I can rake up around $800 I can make gas.... That IS if it winds up not going over about $3 a gallon.

Folks want me to find a job for summer, hopefully flying, but hard telling

and school starts on Aug 30th.... Technically a mad dash back to school would be kinda fun.....

My folks wanted to send me somewhere as a Graduation gift last summer, but I didnt take them up on it, they might think about it, or they might just be squeezed too hard now. IDK. Technically they were squeezed then too, and just didnt realize it yet....

If I wind up being able to make it, I might have to crash on somebody's floor, or invade a tent space!!!! I hope I could find somebody to give up some acreage...

I also wish I had a good buddy that would ride along.... Hard telling if I can get somebody. Seems like a long ride solo, caravan or no...

no way in hell. I would most likely not survive the trip.

If I did, I'm sure we would come into a new level of knowing each other, for better or worse...

Precisely my point! It would be hammer head for 3000 miles and 2 or 3 days on the ground while there!

I think nobody else would be there then.... The centrally located thing seems to be the only reasonable answer, but it's still too far!

I gotta work harder on my buddy Jimmy. He would be a good roadtrip buddy... but he's worried about it being too close to school starting.... Need a bigger hammer to persuade him!

Make him watch The Hangover and tell him it'll be just like that.
