4x4 front fenders
so how hard is it going to be to find a good set of 4x4 front fenders i currently have the 2wd fenders but need the extra clearance on my 4x4

maybe it was the F500's I was thinking? Here is an F350, it looks like the big fenders

A while back on ebay someone was selling a '65 250 4x 4 step side like mine,he showed many pics of the pass side and only 1 of the drivers side........I blew up the pic abit, pass side had large opening drivers side had smaller openingJohnny Canuck wrote:It appears that the six cyl. In addition to the one in this thread I know of 2 other originals, a '61 and a 64 with the small fenders. They have never been changed.

Right, It was actually the wheel size that determined if 2 or 4 wheel drive 100's and 250's got the large cut out fenders. ok so i can use the small opening fenders i thought i had to use the big ones. The only thing now is getting them to clear a 37 inch tire without making it look bad. Ive made my own lift kit and it sits up pretty high only lifted about 5 inches. Do i have to use the 4x4 lower valance or will a 2wd work i have all the original bumper brackets for the 4x4 and it looks like the bumper will hang pretty low.
