If you are not able to or dont want to attend, (have no idea why someone would not want to attend ) keep an eye on the convoy routes because some of the guys and gals might be passing through your area. You could meet up with them and have a short visit or maybe you might be able to offer a tool and helping hand to someone who might have a issue that needs taken care of on their truck. If you know some of the guys will be spending the nite close to you maybe you could talk to a local Hotel and see if they would give a decent rate to them. If you are able to meet up with them you will not regret it for one second, these are some of the greatest people you will ever meet.
