the show will be participant judging so if you enter you will be a judge. We will be selecting the top 20 and 5 specialty awards,
Mayors choice
Chamber of Commerce choice
Altoona palooza commitee choice
Sponser choice
Police choice, most likely to get a ticket
the five special ones are not participant chosen
