Probably the 22, probably the same or close to the same route as last time, although I always remain flexable and easily adjust.

Hey Gary...as it gets closer, let me know what day you are planning to meet up with Gerry, Allen and Chris. It would be cool to meet up and caravan into Altoona with a big herd of Slicks...

Doug,

If done right, we might swing by and grab Pat & his better half, then on to meet up with the others. I have my reservation starting on the 26th at the Settle Inn. Pat - what's your plan?

probably get up early (6am ?) and take off on the 25th (wed)
i drive slower than the rest of you guys :( (hate to make the 223 scream)
cause my gear ratio is better suited for backroads VS interstate
i roll about 55mph, it will be about a 8 hour drive ( with fingers crossed )
maybe you guys can pass me on the way :D

Doug, I'm not sure when we are leaving. We are planning on going to Missouri to see some relatives but we don't know if we are going before or after. I should know by the Western Nationals so I can let you know at that time. It would be a lot more enjoyable to go with a group of people.

Fred...sounds like a good idea to pick up Pat and his better half.

Kevin...I hope we can work it out...

Can't wait...or maybe I can. I have a lot to do before then.

I plan to be in Wichita on Tuesday evening and then on to KC on Wed. We will leave there on Thursday to head to Altoona. It's going to be a long trip but it will be worth it.

I will not be going up until the 26th.

You should swing by and see the shop on the 24th. You will only be 5 miles or so from the super 8
