Pop-Up Canopy

Post by Gritsngumbo »

I have a brand new 12X12 pop-up canopy. Wondering if I should bring it along? Since I am now driving up I can throw it in the truck without a problem. Just askin'

Bring it, I am sure we will enjoy the shade. I have a 11 X 21 Foot awning that I was thinking about bringing, but it is a hassel loading up all the poles, elbows, tie downs and tarp. I usually bring it along to the ATHS national conventions and pitch it between two semi trailers, that way I can tie it down to the rub rails of the two trailers, then I unload my wire spool and use it for my coffee table, or my beverage table if you will.

Michelle: I like your style. The pop-up is in the truck along with some folding lawn chairs (Thanks for the reminder Chris).
BTW: The earlier conversations about sitting on the tailgates talking Slicks got me to thinking. Don't have time before I leave, but I have a couple of broken tailgates that I'v decided to use to make a couple of "sittin') benches for my shop. Just bolt them or screw them to a piece of plywood and add legs (wonder what I can find to make the legs from? Suggestions?)
