On that "slammed short uni" did he have a stuffed bird mounted to the pumpkin on the rear? Looks like as the suspension works the bird would "hop" up & down. Bet it's funny to watch following him on a bumpy road.

Most of the shows around here are dominated by well-to-do retirees with pro-done shiny show cars (yawn). Nice to see some real steel.

lol. yes, the pheasant is mounted on the pumpkin. kinda creapy. that thing is sitting on a dropped straight axle with flipped springs.
and yes, i assume that is an air cooled diesel. sounded great.

yeah, those folks at the greaserama don't fool around for the most part. less billet and more steel. you guys should check out the lonestar roundup in austin around the beginning of april every year. one of the best shows ever

I work with the guy who has the dual axle truck. If I recall correctly it is a 300 six. He has had it at work a few times.
