I bought a 2009 GMC ext cab 4x4... I looked at Fords & GMs and this one landed in my budget... My blood is blue, so I wanted a ford but this one was the best choice for me and my family, Ethan & I.

I have a ton of opinions about what Obama has done BUT if I woked for GM Id be glad I could still provide for my family.....

Well ya done good. I love old Fords, but I won't be driving an new one any time soon. The seats in my GMCs are so much more comfortable. Efficient engines that have good power and last without a bunch of expensive maintenance is very nice. FYI guys GM builds more vehicles in the US than Ford, especially pick ups. While Ford is building most of their 3/4 ton and up trucks in Mexico GM builds ALL of their 3/4 ton and up trucks in Flint Michigan and Pontiac, Michigan. All of Fords new Diesel engines are built in Mexico, GMs diesels are made in Moraine, Ohio...just like they have for the last 30 years. Not to say GM doesn't build elswhere, but they build more here than anyone else.....

I'm a ford guy... BUT I think the new f150's are awful...250's and up are Gorgeous. Though i Drive a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. I Think looks-wise The Dodge is By far the best. "Doge body, Ford Drive train Would be the ultimate truck for me" :D

We have 2x 2008 Rangers, they go like the wind but the seating position kills me after about 30K`s, they are Turbo Diesel.

I had a 05' now I have a 09', I prob. liked the 05' a little better in the power dept. but doesn't compare with the gas mileage 21-22 with 09'. BTW no chevy truck will ever be better looking than a Ford truck, never have never will.

I'm a hugeee ford guy, I'd be willing to swing on Someone talking shit on a Ford 8) , But personally i think ford fell behind on the looks. As we all know there the best drive train/ Longest lasting. BUT Those new Ford Fusion's and Taurus are proubly the best looking 4-door car's on the road in the last 5 years.

Bought my F 150 4x4 extended cab new in Sept of 02. Has been a great truck, only problem was a bad rear axle and wheel bearing ,but that might have been caused by an accident that happened sometime back. absolutely no other problems, its got around 72 thousand miles . Its not great on gas mileage, about 17 is the best it gets. its got the 5.4 engine with the towing package.

Well, My dad's worked At delphi (GM) For 26 years, 2 brand new vehicles just moved into a new house, beautiful show car's. Mom never had to work. Most gm employees did not get as sqrewed as publicity likes to say.
