Hello from Michigan

Post by fathead »

[/b] I've been reading this forum for a few years now and have finally decided to contribute. I have gained a lot of knowledge by reading your posts and would like to be of help to others if I can.
I have a 63 wrong bed I've been working on the past few years. Progress is slow as I work 50 - 60 hrs. per week at my job. I work on the slick when I can but not as often as I'd like.
I have a lot of pics I am happy to share when I learn how to post them. I will work on that soon.
I wish a happy and successful new year to all.

Welcome to Slick 60s.

This is the best was to post pics in a thread/reply.

To post a pic from your album;
Go up to albums, right click and open in a new window,
go to your album.
click on the description/title behind IMG on the thumbnail.
When the pic enlarges there will be a window below that says [ALBUMING] with a code inbetween [Abuming]
Copy/paste that into the reply and the thumbnail will show up in the post,
this is what it will look like;

[albumimg]8789[/albumimg]

If you click on a thumbnail in a post it will enlarge

Welcome from 30 miles north of Detroit! I was over your way in september at the St. Joseph county fair for the George Jones concert there. Beautiful area. I know what you mean about working alot 60-70 hours for me too! not much time for the slicks, but they'll get done!

'welcome.gif' from Louisiana. What took you so long to say something? :-)
Only one slick? We can help you remedy that.
If you understand what you’re doing, you’re not learning anything.

For pics it's best to load into photobucket. Then highlight the bottom code next press the control button & the letter c at the same time. go to your posting in Slick 60's and press control & the letter v at the same time, it will now show in your post.
