Thanks guys, I really feel like I have to try and keep her now. My issues that I have to tend to first are: I have to install a brake switch as you noticed, I have no brake lights. My turn signals are reversed and one does not work. There is a crazy loud vaccume sound from the motor, and my main belts wants to walk off the Pulley, and the trans in leaking. Also I should prob bolt the bench down and get some lap belts... Thanks for the words of wisdom guys, hopefully she can keep her spot in the garage.

i vote for the buy a beater car, and drive it during the week. i drive about 60 miles each way plus we are 20 miles from much of anything so i have a 500 escort i drive most of the time. it gets 40mpg in the summer when we are not on the winter blend... in the winter i get abut 36mpg.
