Nothing here but cold weather, at least cold for us. It is about 20 degrees right now and clear.

Chris, I am going to be in Kansas City March 3,4,and 5 for a board meeting. I will be staying at the Hilton near the air port. May be we can visit a little.

We only got 2 inches but 30mph winds. It is 0 degrees right now but will be 30s by the weekend. Alot of drifting in the country my boss has been home for 1.5 days so far. Got to the shop thismorning to find the oilburner had died again, took me two hours and some rigging to get it to fire back up.

now take a chainsaw and walk into those woods, cut several dead trees and drag them out in at least 8 ft. lengths (depending on girth).
once you get a good path stomped down it goes faster. no cheating either you have to dig down and cut the stumps off level so your not wasting wood.

just did it the other day, we are fairly close in snow depth but i may have just a bit more.

then theres those bored folks sitting around in the house with nothing to do because of some cold and snow.

watch this it will take a few minutes of that boredom away.

We dodged the bullet, no piles or drifts of grits around here. Did have torrential rains yesterday and got down to 18 last night (WC-11) but the streets are dry. Cold as a b**ch though. (Note: I'm so cold natured that I put on my long underwear when it gets down to 50 :-))
