this morning i went to Safford and picked up this 61.

best part... it was FREE! :D

(admittedly, most of my contacts deal with Mustangs, though...)

it helps to have a acre plus to store them on and no HOA to deal with. yeah, the grill is nice! no headlight buckets though,

looks like the grille has been modified on the drivers side to fit the later headlight bucket. :cry:

even in sunny AZ you find a rusty one now and then.

rust on the cab mounts also.

i dont think the grill has been messed with...

Take some good close-up pics of where the white meets the red, especially the door jambs, - an original one like this can help alot when someone is trying to do a tu-tone.

Bill, I will take your Arizona rust over my West Virginia rust any day... 8) ...I think the old girl still looks pretty solid. Are you going to part her or fix her or what??? You did a great job saving her and and that price, :shock: , where could you have gone wrong??

Why is it most slicks have rust in that spot along the roof rail? I would have though the water would have just washed away!

i think they rust from the inside.
