I am going to move mine to the rear as Skip did.

I want more gallons and it will also take a little weight off of the front end.

I got a new hose, and a decent gasket on the sender unit. But any time the window is open, I can get a snort from the filler... and I got a decent cap on it... The damned thing likes to overflow all over the side of the cab if I accidentally fill it too full.... and it happens far too often, really. I want to get the filler as far from the window as possible, but mainly in a location that isn't going to destroy the paint if it overflows/ design a tank that won't spew like that.
'63 with 390 & lots of juice. But never enough. Always want more.
