I found a good parts truck to use on my 64 F-100 custom cab but my question are......

1. Will the dash from a 1965 F-250 fit in the 64 F-100?
2. What other parts are interchangable from the interior of the 65 to the 64?

if you mean just the center section with the instruments yes.
the pad will also fit if it has one.
the glovebox interior and heater are different.
theres some other different things too like the pedals and kickpanels.

So if I use the center section of the dash can I take the instruments out of the 65 dash and insert the instrument panel from my 64?

yes, the instrument cluster will interchange...
