1966 F100 LWB project

Howdy,

This is my first slick i've ever had i'm a hug bump fan and have done my fair share of work on them but i've awlyes liked slicks the best. I bought this truck on CL for $750 its a 240/3 on the tree with perfect cab mounts and a very small amount of rust. I plan on putting a EFI 302/E4OD out of my dads old van in it soon. Here's a few pictures for now.

I haven't done much with the truck lately i just recently quit chew so i haven't been in the frame of mind to work on anything...plus i've been in god awful pain form my gums lol but i got a fuel pump to change soon and i'm still having issues with my breaks but i'm gonna start daily driving it soon until i tear it down for the efi swap. But here's a few more pictures.

what size are the wheels and tires? this looks real good for a working truck look.

Thanks,the wheels are 15x8 with 235/75/15

Been attempting to drive the truck but still having fuel problems and getting stranded alot

but i have been adding other stuff to it. I sound proof the inside i used water heater insalation and flashing tar paper stuff for roofing and a new water pump and clutch fan.The swap meet also came into town and I finally got the orignal mirrors even though they're re-pop and the emblems for the sides.

thanks guys!....not much of an update cause i ain't really done anything on the truck but just drive it around my town and see if the fuel problems gonna act up and so far it hasn't but i took a couple beauty pictures at an old feed mill because thats were the truck looked most at home.

Hey guys, Nothing much new done on the ol'66 haven't even drove her in a couple months

but im hoping to change that soon. I'm working on finding a carb for it that'll fit the 240 the motorcraft it has on it I hate cause the needle valve is outside the carb and it was what was causing the fule problems but hopefully within the week i will have a carb for her then its rebuild the column so i can shift and then see how a car seat fits in the front seat

since i'm having my first boy this monday the 5th. But anywho I was installing my CB radio and the idea hit me to pull the seat cover and just see what kinda shape the seat is in and here what was hiding....

The bottom was almost perfect except for a rip on the drivers side but the foam and everything else shows almost no wear so i'm really starting to believe the 40k on the odometer is right. Here's just some pictures of the truck now and the last time i drove it.

anytime man we moved so i'm olny the next exit off of 65 from there.
