division bar ... window help

i am replacing all the window felt and rubber on my '65 .... ive got everything out except for the division bar ... which doesnt want to come out. sure, i can cut it out, but i am also trying to figure out it is supposed to come out so i know how to get the new one in ... any ideas? thanks

Glad you got it out. If you will order a Dennis Carpenter catalog they have two pages of picture on how to do the exact same thing. Bless you because I'm doing the same job and it can be fun. Don
