Hub-cap refurb

Post by cosmo »

I usually switch over to my stock steel rims and standard small hubcaps for the winter months. I have the original 66 painted caps and i wanted to re-furbish them. I'm trying to get a stock looking appearance on the red indents around the FORD label.
Has any one created a stencil or know how I can create one? (it looks pretty time consuming)
Or better yet... how did Ford do it originally?
thanks

gerald aka gritsandgumbo had a set made from vinyl. you might get with him about what he did to get them made and how he likes them etc.
