I've gone off the deep end once again into that sweet mix of smooth lines and long bodies. Many thanks to Jonas (and his brother) as my second slick should be in the drive come the end of the week.

No photos yet, but good conversations and descriptions.

1961 Uni longbed. 292, 4sp. blue and white. :steering:

It will be my first straight axle and dealings with generators

This one will sit till my 66 gets it's seat recovered, headliner installed, brakes redone, and water pump replaced.

I was going to say the sound of the yblock will calm you down, but after thinking about it will just probably increase your fever! whatever, still good medicine!

well it's in my driveway. certainly a project. I was sad to see a whole in roof at the side along the edge of the cab and the whole inside along the edge is really rusty. The hood is really bad, i'll just get a different one. seems to have a ton of surface rust, but no visible holes in the floor, but im sure if I brushed or poked they would be there. All that said, I pretty happy with it. Im slightly worried about what is under the drop in bedliner, but from the bottom I didn't see any holes. Looks like my first real use of my welder will be along the roof edge.

Here is all the photos

Gregg, is that a real F250 w/ F100 nomenclature on hood? Or did someone change out the drivetrain?

im not sure yet, no door tag, so I need to look at the frame and dig around the glove box and research the difference between the two. # of leaf springs/rear end options and so on.

here is a video if you have a spare 15 minutes and want to see/hear my walk around.
