Reverse two-tone

Post by ken462 »

What do you guys think about a Slick painted like this dent-side? The colors basically switched from where they normally go on a slick?
I'm thinking it might look good but can't find an example on the web and having a hard time visualizing it with the lines of a slick.

I also thought of doing that, so that the cab roof would be white, to keep the heat down, and so that the hood wouldnt glare me to death. Here in NM that might be a good idea.

Thats pretty sharp. OEM looking restos are a dime a dozen, nice to see something different.

Somewhere on here I found some drawing that you could color to see what it would look like. I'm sure somebody knows where.

Nice pics lined up so you can compare. I'm 90% sure I'm going with White on top & bottom and the maroon in the middle....just like 4th picture down. Have not decided what to do with the interior tho.

I also like the 4th pic down, nice way to do it. Thats one of the things I like best about these trucks, they look good any way you do it and they have a nice natural break for really nice 2tones!
