i was ok with this until i saw the steel dash come out. then i got sick. sorry. :cry:

I just don't see how somebody takes on such a HUGE project as that and doesn't lose interest.

He had me until he cut up the dash and stuck that new one in there.

There was a guy that did basically the same exact thing with a 78/79 Bronco and a newer F150, grafted in the new dash and all that.

Whatever floats your boat, its his money I guess.

Melissa if that's backyardresto, he only loses interst in posting, not in the project. About halfway thru, he is well known to make up some totally ridiculous reason, and pull all of his posts. Some of our club members tried to contact him when he was in Spokane . He pretended that he didnt know who they were.

I'm with you all on the dash - think I would've gotten creative with the gauges and that motor somehow but I think he is very meticulous with his work and regardless of his taste in what he's accomplishing, he's very good at going about making it happen. It definitely helps to have the means to do this kind of work.

And for you purists of sorts... he does keep it all Ford!!
