Looks pretty nice and a decent price. Has good reviews and is made in the U.S. about 60 miles NW of Austin.
I have one of the little table top units from Tractor Supply and it does a decent job, but is simply too small. You can get a wheel inside, but you can't turn it around or move it much.
I would recommend that anyone get the largest cabinet they can afford. I would also highly recommend the foot pedal over the hand trigger.
I looked at the Harbor Freight blaster a couple of weeks ago, and was pleasantly surprised at how large it was for the price on sale of $219

For someone who wants a invest in a high quality unit, I would strongly suggest taking a look at the TP Industries line of cabinets.

They are professional quality, used in may professional shops and are also U.S. Made.
Current sale prices for a moderate sized cabinet range from $499 (without vacuum) to $699 to $999 (with vacuum).
