That looks GREAT! I love the color combination, I see a copper color (or orange?) and black right? Makes what I was thinking about for the Uni kinda mundane. I always thought Copper would be cool on a Slick but just couldn't decide on a 2nd color I would like with it on one.

I like it also. Would you carry the colors into the seat?

The color is a dark gun metal and copper... The dash will be the same, with a chrome column and a gunmetal steering wheel and a copper horn ring.

The seat is a subject of debate... I haven't been able to find any fabric close to the copper color I am using... Thoughts are that we can do the seat in a gunmetal vinyl from Dubois endurasoft and use a copper stitching in addition to doing the thunder bolt logo from the stock seat in copper... but again that is just what we have come up with so far...

I like the grill mods, I would be interested in seeing how you do the tonneau.

Nice art!
Someday I'll get another slick :(

I'd like to see it with a chopped top, nothing major, about 3in maybe. 8)
And what happened to your exhaust stacks? :?

Nice color combo, looks awesome. :D

I love the color combo, but not a huge fan of the grille. My dad and I are regular SEMA visitors, I have been going for the last 10+ years, my dad has gone since the early 80's. Cant wait to see it, good luck on your build!

To be honest I have no idea how we are going to do the tonneau. Some of the ideas that have been kicked around is to use a current long bed f100 tonneau and cut and remold the side to allow it to fit flush... Eric at Wire Nutwill have to figure it out... he's done full fiberglass tonneau's with integrated audio equipment.

The grill needs to be dressed up a bit and the fact that this solution lets me keep the current grill and dress it up is great.

We considered chopping the top, but I wanted to keep with the picture window look... When it's done I want people to see me driving it... ;)

I like the unchopped look of a slick, there is something that is perfect about their look, weather they are lifted or slammed or stock, the cab vs sides just looks right.
