What part of the Netherlands are you from? I have a friend in Amsterdam named Heezan. He deals in American special interest cars and trucks. As for Slick 60's it's always good to see a new face and hear a new name of a fellow Slick Owner, especially from across the big pond.
Hope you enjoy the website and the forums here. It is a great bunch of folks here at this website.

Twan,
Is your 514 based on a 385 series (aka 460) FoMoCo Block? If so I can turn you on to a site that is very heavy into that sort of thing.
I thought I had an Idea about those 385 series engines but I have learned more than I knew and realize I knew a lot less than there is to learn. . . .
My 460 is no slouch. I get clean 12.60s from it, but It could do better after visiting site I made reference to for a few months. It's a deeping or enlightening of my consciousness when I am on there. I have learned a text book full just about cylinder Heads & Big Cube Blocks. . .

Hey Twan, Welcome!
I'm new here too and learning a lot here every day.
I admit I laughed at the "Europe" explanation of where the Netherlands is. We're not completely stupid over here.

My crusty 62 has a 429 and my 70 fairlane is a 466. Gotta love the torque.
You hang much on 460ford.com? That's a great forum for 385 series tech.

I have a "thing" about C9VE thru D1VE Blocks myself.
& the US GOV started to mess with them and tweak this or that, all at some cost or loss
. . . . . . at least in my opinion.
The site is the one Heavy Hauler mentioned also.

Hey Twan, welcome to the club!
If you can scrape together a few thousand euros and fill up the tank, head up the road to the autobahn and let 'er riiiiiiip!!!!
Wouldn't you just love to see a Slick tearing down the highway weaving inbetween all of the pointy, euro, jellybeans?!
