Man, It didn't take Alan long to rule the rest of us out!
Probably fly in Tuesday afternoon. Between work and my wife's surprise agreement to accompany me, not to mention the long maiden voyage with no a/c, I've just about ruled out driving the longbed. If this rain doesn't go away, it probably won't be ready anyway

I can see this coming back to haunt me when introductions are made, but, when i stated that Connie is not a car meet person; what I really meant is she is not a CAR person! She drives a supercharged sports car on which she has never put the top down, and I have reason to believe she has never pushed it past 75 mph!
As for me, I'm signing up for YOUR Pate caravan next year!

It used to be "Skinny Red" ; full disclosure now would thus make it "Fat Gray"! Think I would prefer Chook, even without knowing the origin/connotation!

I will probably be leaving Monday and rolling in on Tuesday afternoon.
