Mystery Grommet?...

Post by jefflovesf250s »

All: Grommet below came from my now dismantled 66 F250. Any idea what this grommet is for or where on cab body it should be located? It is missing most of the flange which is 1/4" larger diameter than the tubular upper part. Whole unit has a full length split on one side so it probably surrounds a cable or fuel-line tube and then is fitted into the hole in the cab sheet metal.
I'll need a new one once I figure out where it goes on the cab and its part number & description.
Sorry for the blurry picture, hopefully someone will recognize it even from the blurry image.
Thx, Jeff
