at the Moultrie Swap Meet one of the booths serves gator which i tried and was tasty,, at the TA Truckstop in 171 mile marker on I-20 on the menu is gator burgers,,,, Tastes like chicken

you need the gator cooked in sauce piquant. Get some of that good cajun flavors in it.

Alaska mosquitos are the size of small airplanes.they arrive in large fleets much like the air raids in ww2,
have not seen any of those here yet.

The Louisiana mosquito is the state bird.
Actually it seems to be the little gnat sized ones that are the most vicious, or maybe I'm just tastier to them.

The Bass Pro Shop at Garland TX, serves Alligator in the restaurant, I told them I`m not sitting next to them animals!!! :D

I thought it tasted like chewy fish!
