Big Wave Surfing Is Getting Totally Out Of Hand These Days...

I used to drive rescue boats in the Coast Guard. A 12-15ft breaking wave has an insane amount of power.

Unless there is an illusion, Im guessing that those waves are in the 50ft class.

I'm Too Old & Feeble To Surf Anymore, Plus I'm Landlocked With The Flatlanders Were In Kansas. I Do Still Enjoy Watching The Live Streams Of Surf Contests Over The Internet And Checking The Surf Cams At My Old Home Breaks From Time To Time.........

actually there not foot straps, there board thongs!, great in the water but a real bugger to walk in on land!.............................your`ve really got to swing your hips to get anywhere tho!!..
