Battery Tray Location for 1966 F100

Post by RonMele »

Hello Gang. I'm new to this forum and appreciate all the good info traded here.

I have a 1966 F100 styleside that I'm restoring. I can't do body or paint so I farmed that out and recently got it back so it's time to start putting stuff back on/in it.

When I got the truck the inner fenders were in the bed. Now they are where they belong but for the life of me I cannot figure out where the battery tray mounts. Yeah, silly question but an honest answer and maybe even a pic would be greatly appreciated.

On a 66 , the batt should be on passenger side up front by grill
