Any vintage Mustang owners?

Post by bmcgc »

Any of you Slicksters also own a vintage Mustang?

What websites do you frequent?

We are going to drive it for the summer, then do some upgrades over the winter.

Our new to us 65 has a reman longblock, new brakes, and runs well, so no mechinicals for now.
Over the hill and picking up speed!

I do too! A robot would have a better chance of getting it correct than I ever do.

Here is mine. I have had it since i was 16 (im 24 now). I was going to be a father son project but my dad passed from pancreatic cancer shortly after i got it. I tinker with it but It pisses me off most of the time so i havent seriously worked on it in quite a while. It just seems to be one of those cars that anything you do to it fights you.

It does have different wheels now. this picture is a couple years old.

Sold my 67 coupe after 20 years of ownership. I miss that car a lot. Had a 65 K code, 2 67 coupes, a 69 S code, a 73 Grande, some early 80s fox body cars. Never went to any of the forums. just do my own thing and hang out with a lot of ford dudes at the track. I get sad everytime I look at one.
