Re: Industrial Chassis 61 -64 brake pedal
I installed Steve's kit on my 64 and I can tell you it is absolutely gorgeous! I also purchased his brake pedal bracket and it is of equal quality as the Dakota kit. I toured his facility when I went down to pick up my kit (kit #16) and this guy is the real deal. Very nice guy and amazing amount of talent. Only thing I have to figure out is how to mount my top secret power train

I've got crossmember kit #10, love the way it went in. Now I need to look at the pedal kit!
Do you have to center the steering column to us this pedal setup? I want to keep my column in the stock location, is that a problem with these?

Re: Industrial Chassis 61 -64 brake pedal
I'm not really sure. Might be a good thing to call Steve directly and ask him as he is always willing to give phone support and answer questions. I personally wanted to move my column up a bit because i am using an aftermarket column and also wanted to get it out of the way of my feet. I'm not sure if you can hook the column to the steering rack if it is in the stock location. Please let us know what you find out as I plan on doing another one of these in the future.

Re: Industrial Chassis 61 -64 brake pedal
I've got an Ididit tilt/shift column in mine. I wanted the steering joint close to the frame rail and the shifter arm down low so it kind of "disappears" once everything is in place. Moving my column isn't an option.
I'll call Steve. Thanks,

Re: Industrial Chassis 61 -64 brake pedal
Hey SPark, let me know how the column works for you, I ordered the brake pedal and the plate to blank off the hole yesterday. Steve was very helpful, answered all my questions....I still have to put the spring buckets in the frame, but I'm almost there !.....Dave
