I pretty much threw blankets over what I already did and took off the battery tray, heater motor cover, harness clips and starter solinoid.
I then taped off the brake lines and the harness plugs. (normally I'd just unplug it but I didn't want to risk breaking them)
I pulled a few bolts and wire wheeled them and painted em flat black to simulate Oil and phosphate.
I masked off the master cylinder and wiped it all down with laquer thinner.
I scuffed it all up, wire wheeled the rust and shot it with ruddy red primer.
After than that I primed it lt gray then shot the final color.
I replaced all the 3/8 screws with new plated ones. and rewrapped the harness with black tape.
