Part 1
The rod doors headliner might be installed by one person, but not by me.

Part 2
I just settled down and cooled off and am having an adult beverage.
Be advised:
The problem is the mounting tabs on the front of the headliner are digging in on my insulation and will not slide in and let the headliner fit where its supposed to go......
If you have insulation in the top of your truck, you're going to have the same problem.
Sooooo, after my moment of Zen, I rounded the edges and corners of the tabs and cut some heavy slick plastic strips to glue to the insulation where the tabs go so they will slide in like they were supposed to, not dig in the insulation and fit.
I will post pictures of this step so you can see what I'm talking about.
I'm hoping this solves at least this first problem.
Nothing is ever easy.

I'm using just the headliner but I got the complete kit.
This little snag is exactly why I'm doing the report.
(I guess I'm a masochist. That or just plain stupid)
Like the rest of the membership, when we take on a new project that we think others will enjoy or use on their own trucks, I try to make sure everybody else dosen't duplicate the same errors I make.
Collectively we save each other thousands of man hours this way.
In other words, I'm glad to help
