John, We got through customs with the Vegemite without a problem and a couple of late arriving number plates as well hehehe!, also with the local temp, I have been able to train with the fore mentioned foot wear just in time for the main event! and hope to bring home gold!, ( mainly because they don`t know what we are on about!) but these guys are real quick on the uptake!

We, (the land gurt by sea ) hope you've acclimatised and kept up your fluid intake, as the heat can be devastating to ones training and overall performance.
Your P.A. will take notes to ensure your training is on track, and the vegimite is safe from sabotage.
just as well that high altitude training was completed recently, it all helps.....
