Totally bums me out that it has to be in K.C.this time....getting there is half the the fun of it all.........wake up drive 20 minutes and you're there.....in city traffic too....I'm just goin stay home and watch it on tv.....

I have to admit, the year I went to KC, the weather was good.. the truck ran like a champ.. I though more than once on the drive.. "I wish it was a bit further..." Salina was about the perfect one day trip this year.. and I got to gripe about why it was so hilly when I thought Kansas was flat ! Thank goodness for that air conditioner (storm) that blew thru.. no damage.. little rain.. but it got nice and chilly out!
