Here is a link to summit for a walker y pipe that ties both of your split manifolds into one pipe. This would be for a single exhaust, unless you split it from the end of the y pipe back out to two.

I'm not sure I have seen an intermediate pipe for dual exhaust on a straight six with these split manifolds? Are you looking for a small section of pipe to make an H that would connect between the two separate pipes(dual)?
