Has anyone done a hydraulic clutch conversion.
I am going from a Borg Warner 4-speed to a ZF 5-speed.
The Cummins wants another gear.
Have any of y’all done this conversion?
Thank y’all!

If it cain't be fixed with a sledge hammer it must be an electrical problem!

Re: Hydraulic clutch
I have on my 61 uni, what are you looking for?
I bought the 1960 gear, bolted it up and got made up brake line. Be sure to make it long enough to put compression bends or coil, or find a rubber brake hose to absorb the shock. bench bleed the whole thing to get all the air out or you will not get enough throw.
You will have to make up a master cyl piston plunger and drill new location on the clutch pedal, trial and error really.

It does not matter what you think, it only matters what you do about it!
