Are you looking for a truck top cover type shifter? Or the side mount shifter that the cars used....

As a side note, any aftermarket top loader 4speed shifter will work for that trans, if you don't mind a chrome shifter that sets closer to the driver...

Well, thought I had an old Hurst 4speed shifter in the shop, but all I've found is 3speed parts and pieces...
I'll keep my eyes out for one...
