Hello all!
I'm really digging this color, and might use it on my unibody. Trying to figure out what it is. Seems a little light for Academy Blue to me but I've certainly been wrong before. Here are a few different trucks with it. Such a cool color....whatever it is
Thanks in advance!

Never 100% sure, as some of the colors changed year to year, or were renamed, but that '62 looks like Marlin Blue to me?

Thanks for the replies! I'm confused because the only darker hue blue option for '61-'64 was Academy Blue, and again, that just doesn't look like Academy Blue to me. The only other blue was a very light powder blue that changed names through those years starting with skylight blue. Wondering if this was maybe some sort of custom fleet color option?

This site can be a pain to navigate and colors differ depending on your screen but try this...
https://paintref.com/cgi-bin/chipdispla ... fo=&page=6
You can change years and swap between car and truck etc...
And swap between PPG, Sherwin Williams, Ditzler, and other brands and get the paint code for each...
I would have said sea blue, but it's a metallic and his examples are not...

Hey River City:
I've got a 64 short bed that's Skylight Blue, but just got off a site that said the only light blue for 64 was Glacier Blue. Gotta watch some charts I guess.
Anyway, I don't have it here in front of me but I've always heard the Blue you're looking at called Marlin Blue. Harbor Blue and a few others are very close but it depends on how exact you want to be.
