ok thinking of buying a 63' uni with a 264 as he puts it..."motor is a 264 industrial 6 cylinder that has been vatted (acid dipped) the block has been honed the cylinders in great shape bran new rings bearings cam bearing the lifters have been machined and the rods shot peened. all the manifold cleaned. It has all new gaskets, seals, clutch, pressure plate, the fly wheels been researfaced".... any thoughts? Will this get me going FAST??? if not any suggestions on what i should drop in?

no such thing as a 264. there is a 262, these are not made for speed but if its in like new condition it will get you around and not break the wallet at the fuel station.
