Youll have to make a new cross member for the tranny or buy one from LMC, NPD, or who ever. there are a few parts suppliers out there who sell the Transmission crossmember.
As for the engine mounts. Same deal. Look in the parts suppliers catalogues and you can find em for a good price.
For the 64 460 engine mounts from LMC. Part number is 45-0364 for $149.95
And for the Tranny crossmember. To mount a c4 or c6 auto it's part number 45-0366 for a cost of 79.95 also from LMC.
LMC's number is 1800 LMC-TRUCK (1800 562 8782)
Hopes this helps ya out.

IMHO, if you have the ability, skill & resources I'd tell you fabricate your own Mount & Crossmember set up rather than buy it from the vendor mentioned. I would not recommend a lot of their Items.
Manual set up you have now eliminates need for mounts at bellhousing, such as your 64 had. It also puts rear transmission X member in wrong place for 4wd set up. What vendor above will send you is for 2Wd. You can still use your 83 Bellhousing if you do your conversion correctly.
Also front X Member LMC will send has a tendency to load 61-64 chassis wrong. It creates stressing you do not want to have happen. There is a large hole in driver side chassis rail where 64 steering box sector poked thru when OEM. Their X Member is reall too light weight Mfg for the job. They have a tendency to crack & fracture over time.
If you lack time, skill, ability or resources to fabricate your own set up to work correctly, then I would strongly suggest you may be better off to be dealing with L & L Products out of Rowlet, Texas. I'm not sure L&L still has your kit, but it won't you hurt to ask.
L & L Products makes kits for "Pros" running Mud Drags & Dirt Racing. They started with FoMoCo stuff years ago and now make lots of kits for various marques & makes. L&L is a professional conversion company & members of SEMA. They're aware of damage 385 (aka 460s) will do because of torque produced. You'll find they're pricey, but I say you get what you pay for and quality + Durability with engineering behind it is worth the difference to me.
Try L & L at this link. http://www.landlproducts.com Also to get a 460 Ford running right here is where that's at. http://460ford.com These links are for the serious builder, competitor, or hobbyist. At least in my opinion they are information resources just like here as Slick 60's is for Slicks.
Uh Oh yeah, and if you're gonna do such a conversion, it saves or pays to do it right. Not doing it right can cause major grief. . . . . CIAO
