Another Uni in the fold

Post by 66fordtrucknut »

If you guys remember Bob, from my get together last year who had the beatiful black 65' shortbed that looked like it drove off the showroom floor. He just found a 63' short big back window in Dover. He said it's a"project'' and needs alot of work. I need to get over there and check it out.

Is Bob the short older guy, was really good at body work? Wasn`t he working on a 58 or 59?

OK I guess theres just 3 of us in the mac now? I stopped by a guy on Kent island's house doing a 65' short, man that thing is sweet, 351w all chromed up w/ac thats neatly installed and looks like it belongs there. He's looking for a good 65' pass. side inner fender, he bought a set off ebay and after powder coat found out they're 1 65 and 1 66 (pass).

I had my uni out last week headed for a cruise night, but she had other plans so I turned around and went home. Bad Omen so I figured I better not push it.

There's two more down in York but them guys are always quite. We don't let them out much. One belongs to a founding member (Chad) and the other is an ex-Garbz truck.
They also have the "original" 64 Big Back Window(Chad) in the stable and a Sweet 65(Wyatt)
